Summer Time= Grilling Time!

It is time to get those grills fired up, and here is a perfect healthy recipe to kick-off the grilling season!

Yummy Chicken Kabob Recipe!

  Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz skinless, boneless chicken - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • Salt and Pepper
  • skewers

Directions

  1. Salt and Pepper cubes of chicken
  2. Thread chicken, garlic, onions, and peppers alternately onto the skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill for high heat.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!

**New Recipe** For hCG Diet Phase

1-1/4 c Vegetable broth
100 gms Zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 t Minced onion
1T Milk
1/4 t Oregano
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper

In a small sauce pan on medium heat, pour 1/4c vegetable broth, onion, zucchini.
and oregano. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining broth and milk. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in blender until smooth and enjoy!
